Our mission at Caremont is to create a space in which individuals can experience their independence, dignity, and quality of life by providing a holistic approach. We strongly believe that we all have a place in this world and when we do find it only we start living our lives fully.

With our flexible care plans, we are fully open and transparent about our care and are always open to innovating and finding new ways of doing things to improve client’s experience and outcomes. We conduct regular reviews of your care plan and will make any changes and enhancements necessary to ensure you get the best possible results.

Your goals are our goals and there is nothing we enjoy more than celebrating your success. We will work with you to provide all the training, mentoring and life skills you need to take the next steps and achieve your goals. Where we do not have in-house service providers we will use our trusted network of hand-picked professional NDIS providers and allied health professionals to ensure all the supports are in place to get you where you need to be.
