Supported Independent Living
A core part of our passion and business is helping clients realise their vision of living independently with a fantastic support system. When you choose us as your NDIS partner you’ll get a dedicated support worker who will work with you to match you up with the best care and service providers to help you achieve your goals and live independently. Short Term Accommodation
Short Term Accommodation is 24/7 care services which provide a great opportunity for the caregivers to take some time off which we take care of their family member. For emergency and short term accommodation, we have the team and partnerships in place to ensure we can help you achieve your goals and dreams.
Day Care Services
Take a break to rest and recharge while our Care Pros take on the caregiving duties. Respite breaks are a vital part of caring and can be booked for a single day or a few weeks as required.
Assistance with daily living
At Caremont we recognize the value of independent living for each individual. Our assisted daily living service enables you to obtain support for your personal activities and day-to-day tasks.
After understanding your in-home support needs, our experts work with you to provide you with the most optimum levels of daily activity support. All our services will be personalised as per your NDIS and personal goals. Our open-door policy ensures that should there be a need, you can get in touch with our management for any feedback related to your support.
